Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Food Production Team Member to join our dynamic food production crew for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Cook large batches of chickpeas and other ingredients according to recipes
- Mix, prep, and portion food products with precision and consistency
- Lift and move items 50 lbs and up regularly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Use computers to complete production forms and inventory logs
- Follow food safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Take initiative and adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities
- Be okay with multitasking throughout the day

- Male candidate due to the physical nature of the role
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic computer skills and ability to fill out forms accurately
- Neat, tidy, and detail-oriented work habits
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Previous experience in food production or commercial kitchen is MANDATORY
- Foodsafe certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in production
