Electrical Journeyman & Apprentices

Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is currently hiring for Industrial Electrical Journeyman and Apprentices for local projects located across Bonnyville, AB. Shifts will vary depending on the project.

Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil and gas construction and maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time, long-term industrial projects with well-established and reputable clients.

Positions being hired for:

· Electrical Journeyman

· Electrical Apprentice (2nd, 3or, or 4th year)

Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrical Certificate, or
• Active Electrical Apprenticeship Certificate (2nd, 3or, or 4th year)
• Previous conduit experience would be considered an asset
• Previous electrical construction experience within the Industrial Oil & Gas sector would be considered an asset
• Valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), and CSTS 2020 Fundamentals certificates
• Flexible schedule including shift work,
• Ability to travel is considered an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
