The Job at a GlanceThe Technical engineering Manager (Front-End/Back-End) is a dynamic leadership role responsible for fostering a high-performing culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across engineering teams. The Engineering Manager partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering execution with business strategy, define and deliver on key OKRs, and drive forward-thinking technology solutions. This role involves leading talent development, staying ahead of emerging trends, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring excellence in execution for both Front-End and Back-End initiatives.
