Why Join Us?
Constantine is the signature restaurant and bar located inside The Anndore House. Offering an intimate and inviting atmosphere, Constantine serves as a gathering place for hotel guests, local residents, and visitors seeking a distinctive dining experience.
The menu showcases locally sourced, seasonal ingredients through thoughtfully inventive dishes featuring bold and aromatic flavours. A wood-burning oven and hearth anchor the kitchen, producing crispy pizzas and expertly roasted and lightly smoked meats and seafood. Vegetable-forward dishes, family-style dining, and a carefully curated wine program balancing Old World selections with fresh, modern wines complete the experience.
Nestled squarely between Constantine and The Crow's Nest Barbershop, Scarlet Door serves the local morning, noon and afternoon walk-in crowd. The café name pays homage to the area's charmingly checkered past and acts as a beacon for those searching for an entryway into a unique coffee and pastry counter. Its Italian influence is a reference to the local café bars that locals love to visit day after day.
We're looking for a Dishwasher who will support the culinary team in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
