Working hours for this position total 1,820 annually, with regular office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Candidates should be willing to work additional hours as required during busy periods to meet client and business needs.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
As a bookkeeper representing our clients, your duties will include:
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
- Processing of Accounts Receivable/Payable transactions.
- Processing in a timely manner Payroll transactions.
- Reconciling Bank and Credit cards.
- Preparing and filing GST/HST.
- Preparing and filing payroll taxes, T4's and ROE's.
- Preparing accounting records up to trial balance.
What We're Looking For
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Diploma in Accounting preferred.
- Data entry skills.
- High attention to detail
- Experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy.
- Professionalism and organization skills
- Working knowledge of Payroll.
- Knowledge of QBO and/or Sage50.

Expected Compensation Range
- $45,000- 75,000 annually
- Compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. In certain situations, a candidate's unique background or specialized expertise may warrant consideration slightly outside the posted range.
