We are hiring French / English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in the North York area of Toronto! This is an upcoming full-time, long-term job opportunity in the financial industry!

Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the loan application process with step-by-step assistance
Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up with prospects who haven't completed their application
Answer questions related to eligibility, loan status, and next steps
Direct customers to local retail branches for in-person support when needed
Identify opportunities to introduce additional services based on customer needs

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a credit check
Must be fluent in both French and English
Able to navigate CRM systems and multitask on a computer
Previous customer service experience

We are looking for candidates who are available to work any five (5) days per week on a rotational schedule within the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 11pm
Saturday: 8am to 8pm
Sunday: 9am to 6pm
