Shipping Office Clerk / Driver

We are looking for a shipping clerk / driver to join our team in Mississauga! Work for an industry In this role you are responsible for : - Ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service - Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing - Follows customer's standard operating procedures and proactively notifies customers of any issues. - Consistently meets KPI standards, as per company's procedures. - Driving counterbalance on the dock and help out on the machine when needed - Driving Crown reach Skills we are looking for - MUST have a valid forklift license and experience on counterbalance crown reach - sense of urgency - proactive - common sense - Ability to speak up - Strong learner - Team player - ability to make judgement calls - Detail oriented Requirements: - Valid Fork lift license with experience for Counterbalance and Crown Reach - Must have Customer Service experience - Able to resolve customer related issues timely and effectively - Have excellent verbal and written communication in English - Highly organized and work well independently and as well with a team If you require any time off please let us know as soon as possible for approval.
