We are looking for general labourers to join our team in Lucan! You will be working for a local family-run company that has been in business for 40 years! This job site is just a short 20 minute drive from Masonville Mall! The pay rate for this position is $24/hour and we pay weekly every Friday! Work 10 hour shifts, 4 shifts per week - that means you get a three day weekend every single week! Job Duties: - Assist with the preparation of metal, wood, and other surfaces for coating and refinishing processes - Sand blasting products to remove debris before coating - Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility - Mask, sand, clean, and prepare components according to work instructions - Inspect products for defects and assist with quality control activities - Package and prepare finished products for shipment and delivery Requirements: - Own vehicle - this job site is not transit accessible - Ability to work in a physically demanding environment - Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis - Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday - Previous manufacturing, industrial, construction, painting, or refinishing experience is considered an asset but is not required Apply today!
