About Us

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people ever make. Thousands of Canadians trust Right at Home Realty, Property.ca, Condos.ca, and MrLoft.ca to help them make it, connecting buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and agents at the right moment, with the right experience.

Behind every brokerage and marketplace sits myAbode's transaction processing platform, handling 30,000+ deals a year across thousands of agents. We sit at the centre of how Canadian real estate actually works by delivering that same back office to brokerages across Canada.

myAbode is a young company with deep roots. We're an AI-native team rebuilding the real estate back office from the ground up; reimagining the most complex, emotional, and consequential transaction in most people's lives. The next era of real estate will run on new infrastructure, and we're making sure it's built in Canada, with the in-house expertise to back it.

Round13-backed, we offer the stability of an established company with the pace of a startup. We're curious, we move fast, and we're built for context switching. If you want to build something ambitious alongside genuinely smart people, in a space that's ready for it, this is the place.

The Role

When an agent hits a wall in the middle of a deal, you are the person they reach. Client Success is the front door to our platform: you onboard new brokerage clients, train their agents and staff, and handle the questions, problems, and edge cases that come in every day across rHome and our Digital Adoption Platform. You are not reading from a script. You are the person who figures it out, fixes it, and then makes sure it stops happening.

You will report to our Client Success Team Lead and work alongside one other specialist on a small team covering thousands of agents and staff. Because the team is small, the scope is wide: you get first access to staging and dev environments to test features before agents see them, you build the training library that everyone else relies on, and you carry agent feedback into the rooms where product decisions get made. This is an 18-month contract covering a maternity leave. The pace is quick, and the first two months are a lot of learning at once. If you want a narrow queue and a settled playbook, this is not it. If you want range, ownership, and a direct line into how the product gets built, it is a strong 18 months.

What You'll Own

  • New brokerage clients going live: you own onboarding end to end, from kickoff to agents and staff actually using the platform confidently.
  • The first-line inbound channel: roughly 10 tickets a day across two platforms, answered fast, resolved properly, and closed out so the same issue does not come back.
  • Agent and staff training for new and existing clients, live and async, pitched at the level of the person in front of you.
  • The training library: SOPs, videos, and manuals that people can find and follow without asking a follow-up question.
  • Product feedback that actually lands: you test new features in staging before release and flag the gaps while there is still time to fix them.
  • The agent's voice in internal conversations, so platform decisions get made with the people using it in mind.
  • Recurring problems, permanently: you spot the pattern behind the tickets and fix the root cause in the product, the process, or the documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Around 3 years in a customer-facing role where you owned the outcome, not just the ticket. Concierge services, banking or credit card servicing, SaaS support, or client implementation all translate well here.
  • A track record of turning bad experiences around. You can tell us about a customer who was genuinely upset and what you did about it, including what you changed so it would not repeat.
  • You come with a proposed solution, not just a question. When something is unfamiliar, you dig into the resources first and show up with a recommendation.
  • Project management instincts. You have run onboarding or implementation projects with several moving parts and kept them all on track.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a system to someone non-technical and write instructions they can follow on their own.
  • You adapt quickly. Priorities shift here, and you can move with them without needing everything to settle first.

Nice to have

  • Lone Wolf experience, even just the basics like setting up agent profiles.
  • User testing, implementation, or QA experience on a software platform.
  • Real estate or brokerage exposure. Helpful context, not a requirement.
  • You already use AI tools in your daily work and can show us how.
