Fundraising-Team LeadOverview:

This position is available to those with the skills and expertise to lead and manage our sales/fundraising efforts at in-store kiosks throughout a designated territory. The team lead role requires the individual to be comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced high volume environment and hire and manage staff with similar qualities.

Must Have:

• Previous experience as a previous team lead. (A minimum of 5 years of experience)• Experience with basic computer and technical skills.

• Proven ability to be comfortable calling or in person of scheduling stores for fundraising events.

• Managing money and basic bookkeeping ability.

• Reliable means of transportation. ( Reliable working vehicle at all times)

• Clean police check.

Requirements:

• Assemble a team of sales/fundraisers to work at various locations throughout the city.

• Be confident in booking locations for staff and maintain a well organized 2-3 month in advance schedule.

• Ensuring staff are properly trained and reliable to handle duties.

• Counting, Paying and submitting all funds on a day to day business.

• Improve processes and initiate new approaches to provide greater growth and efficiencies to the wider organization.

• Be highly responsive to client and organizational requests.

• Manages relationships with stores and scheduling.

• Promotes teamwork and cooperation across teams to achieve shared objectives.

• Ability to work at short notice when required for critical issues, including off-hours.

• Full-time permanent, on-site position.

Salary: 2000/Month. 50% Commission of all Personal Sales and 10% of All staff Sales.
