Laborers

Laborers play a vital role in construction projects, supporting skilled workers and maintaining an efficient and safe work environment. Working within a medium-sized team, laborers handle material transport, perform manual labor tasks, ensure site cleanliness, and maintain tools, typically under the guidance of a foreman during regular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials by loading, unloading, and transporting on-site
• Assist skilled workers with various manual labor tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the construction site
• Perform general manual labor duties as required
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in general labor
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Strong safety awareness on construction sites
• Effective communication skills
• Must have own transportation (required)
