Insulation Technician Installer

Seeking motivated Insulation Installers to join their dynamic Home Services Technician Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing work orders for residential customers providing attic insulation services, cellulose, fiberglass, insulation removal, mold remediation and mold protection applications.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfactory and the ability to communicate products and services effectively.

This is a full-time independent contractor position. You will be working on site at customers homes, with a commission piecework compensation pay structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attic Insulation (blown cellulose)
• Load truck daily with material
• Operate equipment and machinery
• Install baffles
• Load, unload and move materials on and around the job site
• Manually remove debris from driveways with equipment.
• Ensure job site is organized and free of clutter, rubble, and garbage.
• Other General Labour related duties as required.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfactory product knowledge

• Sales, Customer Service, experience is an asset but not needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Valid Drivers License is required to drive company vehicle
• Vehicle to get to shop in time for early shifts
• Week-end work
