Our client is a non-profit community center providing services to the community for over 30 years. They are looking for an HR Specialist with experience in compensation and benefits. This is a fantastic work environment!

Pay:

$27-$32/hour, based on experience

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Compensation, benefits, and pension administration
Leave management and disability administration
Employee and management support of HR programs and policies
Payroll and HR systems support
Pay equity and HR compliance
WSIB management and compliance

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources and/or related field of study
CHRP designation preferred
Minimum 2+ years of HR and benefits administration experience
Maintains current, up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes, employment law, and related professional education
Strong HRIS and reporting experience
Possesses valid Class G driver's license and ability to travel to other local facilities
