How you will make an impact:

We're looking for a highly skilled Director, Corporate FP&A to lead Opensignal's core FP&A motion. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the corporate financial model and forecast, drive annual planning, and operate as a trusted partner to business leaders across the company.
Success in this role means bringing a clear point of view on what great FP&A looks like at a complex, scaling company — then building it here. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset and a bias for action; enjoys creating processes and infrastructure from the ground up.
What You'll Do

  • Own Opensignal's corporate financial model and consolidated forecast, integrating revenue, expense, headcount, and cash flow models into a unified view
  • Drive the monthly FP&A cadence: variance analysis, business reviews, and reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with the CFO to lead the annual planning process from top-down targets through bottoms-up department plans, working closely with department leaders
  • Help build the FP&A motion of the future, embedding agentic AI into core workflows to improve speed and quality of insights (currently: Claude Enterprise)
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing Sr. Financial Analyst, modeling the player-coach mindset of working hard alongside the team
  • Partner with colleagues in Finance and functional leaders across Opensignal to provide financial insight, drive accountability against plan, and grow the business

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Progressive FP&A experience with a strong foundation in corporate finance or investment banking, combined with meaningful time in an operating company environment.
  • Deep expertise in corporate financial modelling, three-statement forecasting, annual planning, and monthly FP&A operations at scale, with a strong command of Excel
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to improve speed and quality of your workflows
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP accounting standards and multi-entity environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a PE- or VC-backed scaling company
  • Data or SaaS industry experience; familiarity with subscription business KPIs
  • Strong fluency with modern FP&A platforms; experience with tool selection and implementation
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • CFA, CPA, or MBA credential
