For over 15 years, Lena's Roti & Doubles has been serving up authentic Caribbean comfort food with a focus on bold Trinidadian flavours. We make everything fresh daily, from our legendary golden bara and curried channa doubles to our famous goat and chicken rotis. We pride ourselves on generous portions, quality ingredients, and a warm, playful vibe.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and greet customers with a genuine, friendly smile and high energy.
- Take orders accurately and guide guests through our menu and spice levels (mild to extra hot!).
- Assemble fresh meals, pack takeout orders with care, and keep the front counter sparkling clean.
- Work collaboratively with our kitchen and cooking team to ensure quick, smooth service during peak rushes.
