Fundraising Associate

Mississauga, ON

Full-time: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Support renowned charities and hospitals, including Trillium Health Partners, Hope and Healing, and Save the Children.

Advancement opportunities available for high achievers, with clear paths to leadership and management roles.

Pay: $800–$1200/week OTE.

Paid training included.

Uncapped commission
Pay increases for top performers.
Performance bonuses

We provide training, guidance, and peer support to help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Requirements:

Experience in fundraising, sales or marketing.
Comfortable engaging with people in person.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Full-time availability and eligibility to work in Canada.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties:

Represent partner organizations through direct outreach and marketing initiatives.
Attend local events, public venues, and residential areas.
Share information and answer questions about our partner charities.
Encourage individuals to become monthly donors and process donor information.
