Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication and multitasking skills. The Server will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while efficiently managing multiple tables and guest needs.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Accurately packing take out and delivery orders.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred
Must be flexible and work weekends day or night shifts
Knowledge of POS systems, Toast POS
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and upselling opportunities
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Smart serve certification
Ability to work well within a team or independently
