Your Role

We're looking for a Bartender/Server who is passionate about creating an exceptional bar experience while supporting a high-performing team, and who can deliver exceptional service with warmth and personality . You'll help lead bar operations, ensure quality and consistency in drinks, and keep service running smoothly during busy shifts. What You'll Do

• Support the bar team with confidence and energy, creating a positive and engaged environment.
• Provide leadership during evening and closing shifts, ensuring smooth service and strong guest experiences.
• Assist with bar operations and execution of beverage service.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive sales through beverage promotions and seasonal features.
• Coach and mentor bartenders and support staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
• Build rapport with guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit—from cocktails and cold beers to exceptional hospitality.
• Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years of bartending and serving experience in a high-volume setting.
• Previous leadership experience in a bar or restaurant environment is an asset.
• Strong decision-making skills to lead the team during service.
• A guest-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a top-tier bar experience.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a positive team culture.
