Class 1 Super B - Oil Hauler

This position involves highway hauling using sleeper equipped tractors and requires flexibility to work extended trips as required.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate tractor units with Super B tanker configurations safely and efficientlyTransport oil and liquid products between facilities and our asphalt plants Complete daily trip inspections, logbooks and required paperwork using company paper and electronic systemsEnsure loads are within legal limits and properly managedFollow all company safety policies, transportation regulations and site requirementsCommunicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors and site personnelReport equipment issues, incidents and near misses promptlyPerform basic equipment care and minor maintenance as neededQualificationsValid Class 1 Driver's Licence with current driver's abstractExperience operating Super B tank trailers preferredValid TDG certification H2S Alive is considered an assetStrong knowledge of safe hauling practices and tanker operationStrong commitment to safety, reliability and teamworkAbility to work extended trips within Alberta using sleeper equipped trucksWhat We OfferCompetitive wages based on experienceBenefitsProfit sharingCompany Share Ownership ProgramOngoing training and developmentOpportunities for advancementSteady work during the construction seasonMany of our leaders started in field or entry level roles and we believe strongly in promoting from within.
