Training maintenance department on key safety procedures/policies as necessary Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems, including plastic extruder machinery, robotic pick and place systems, and associated equipment. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure the continuous operation of production processes. Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of electrical/mechanical tradesmen, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that work is carried out safely and efficiently. Compliance: Ensure that all electrical work is following relevant codes, standards, and regulations, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Equipment Upgrades: Collaborate with the maintenance superintendent to plan and execute upgrades or modifications to electrical systems as necessary to improve performance or meet changing requirements.
