Summary
We are looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to help with general administrative duties, scheduling, and communication. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable using email and speaking on the phone.
No previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is required.
Role Overview
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Monitoring email inboxes and helping respond to emails.
- Answering and making phone calls as needed.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks.
- Organizing electronic files and documents.
- Data entry and other basic office tasks.
- Providing support to the team as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable using email and basic computer programs.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable, professional, and willing to learn.
Compensation
- $50.00 per hour.
Position Type
- Nature: Temporary, full-time, in-person position for an initial 2-month term, with the potential to become a permanent full-time position based on business needs and performance.
- Time Commitment: Full-time, with overtime as needed.
- Work Location: Vancouver, BC.
- Start Date: Immediate.
