Total Restoration Services
Vernon, BC
Détails de l'emploi :
Avantages :
We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job, we're looking for someone who wants to build experience in restoration and construction.
We handle floods, fires, and rebuilds, so the work is hands-on, fast-paced, and always changing.
This role is all about keeping our carpenters moving. You'll be the person picking up materials, getting supplies where they need to go, helping out on site, and jumping in wherever an extra set of hands is needed.
If you like staying busy, being on the move, working with a good crew, and don't mind doing a little bit of everything, you'll fit in well here.
What the job actually looks like
This is a hands-on support role where your day can change depending on what our carpenters and job sites need. You'll be:
- Picking up and delivering materials, tools, and supplies between suppliers, our shop, and job sites
- Keeping carpenters supplied with the materials and items they need to keep jobs moving
- Helping load, unload, organize, and move materials
- Assisting carpenters with general labour and job-site tasks
- Helping with demolition, cleanup, and preparing work areas
- Keeping company vehicles, job sites, and work areas organized
- Jumping in wherever the carpenters need an extra set of hands
- Following direction from carpenters and Project Managers and adapting as priorities change
Some days you might spend a good part of the day making runs and keeping everyone supplied. Other days you might spend more time working alongside the carpenters on site. You need to be comfortable with both.

- Typical 40-hour work week, however, 40 hours are not guaranteed every week and there may be occasional weeks with fewer hours depending on workload

☀️We take care of our crew

- Snacks and protein bars available
- Proper equipment and support to do the job safely
- You're not just a number, we're a tight team, not a big corporate operation
