HR Manager

The HR Manager will lead a large team of 16+ HR professionals, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This role balances strategic human resources planning with daily operational tasks, ensuring efficient HR functions that support organizational goals. The manager oversees recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and staffing initiatives to attract top talent
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace
• Oversee performance management programs to drive employee development
• Plan and implement training and development activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Develop and update HR policies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate data tracking
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Provide HR reporting and analytics to senior leadership
• Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong background in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, and performance management
• Knowledge of compliance management and labor regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
