The Gas Station Supervisor will oversee daily operations of both fuel and retail sections, ensuring smooth functioning of the site with a small team. This role requires a daily on-site presence, primarily covering day shifts, and involves direct supervision and support of 1-5 employees to maintain efficient service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a small team of 1-5 employees
Oversee fuel and retail operations to ensure safety and efficiency
Manage cash handling and reconcile registers
Maintain inventory control and coordinate stocking
Schedule team shifts and assign daily tasks
Address customer inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly
Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations
Provide training and guidance to team members

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in retail or customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Food Handler's Permit
Smart Serve certification
Strong customer service and communication skills
Cash management and inventory control experience
Team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
Good problem-solving and scheduling skills
