Avantages :
We are seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to strengthen project planning and scheduling across Industra's growing portfolio of projects across Canada.
Working across the full project lifecycle—from Estimating and Pre-Construction through Procurement and project execution—you will develop and maintain schedules, track progress, identify risks and provide visibility into key milestones, resources and project timelines.
This is a new role at Industra, offering the opportunity to make a real impact by helping establish scheduling processes, best practices and tools that can grow with the business. The role reflects our values of Determination—taking ownership and delivering—and Elevate—continuously improving how we work.
Experience in Industra's specific sector is not required; however, strong experience with large, complex construction projects is essential. Experience with remote, northern or logistically challenging projects is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules across multiple concurrent projects, from pre-construction through project completion.
- Provide portfolio-level schedule visibility, identifying key milestones, project overlaps, resource constraints and potential conflicts across the business.
- Establish and monitor baseline schedules, track actual progress and provide accurate schedule updates and forecasts.
- Monitor critical-path activities, identify potential delays and schedule risks early, and support mitigation and recovery planning.
- Partner with Estimating and Pre-Construction to develop realistic tender and project schedules, including sequencing, durations, milestones and constraints.
- Support project handover from Pre-Construction to Operations, ensuring key schedule assumptions, commitments and risks are clearly communicated.
- Coordinate with Procurement to incorporate long-lead materials, equipment, subcontractors and other schedule-critical requirements into project plans.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure schedules reflect construction plans, site conditions and actual progress.
- Lead regular schedule reviews and provide clear reporting on progress, upcoming milestones, risks, constraints and potential impacts.
- Develop look-ahead schedules and schedule analysis to support project teams with short- and long-term planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction industry experience, including large, complex construction projects, with at least 3 years focused on construction scheduling or project controls.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, critical-path methodology, project controls and schedule analysis.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of how procurement, labour, equipment, subcontractors and logistics affect construction schedules.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions.
- Experience with remote, northern or logistically complex construction projects is a strong asset. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline is an asset; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Benefits (Available from Day One)
We offer a competitive benefits package including Dental care, Extended health and vision care, Disability and life insurance, RRSP matching, Paid time off, On-site paid parking and bonus.

Placement within the range will reflect the candidate's demonstrated level of experience and expertise.
