Your trade leads the day - plumbing and gas calls are yours. But at Welldone, every technician also works on HVAC equipment, and there is a lot of it. No HVAC experience? We will train you - that is the expectation, and the opportunity to add a second skill set.

• Run plumbing and gas service calls: install, repair, maintain, and test commercial and light industrial plumbing and gas systems.
• Diagnose plumbing and gas-related issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Perform routine inspections and modify existing installations on renovation and retrofit projects.
• Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
• Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established commercial accounts.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation.

• Certified Journeyperson Plumber and/or licensed General Gasfitter preferred (Red Seal welcome) - registered apprentices are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience on commercial and light industrial plumbing projects.
• Willingness to learn and work on HVAC equipment - no prior HVAC experience needed, we train you.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
