Warehouse Associate/Sample Room

Job Duties:

• Receiving returned product samples from customers.
• Placing returned boxes in the correct sections in the sample room.
• Responding to emails.
• Taking pictures of returned products.
• Writing up physical GRNs (Good Receiving Notifications).

Skills:

• Computer capabilities: Able to use a computer and be taught how to navigate through company systems/processes.
• Communication skills: Ability to answer emails, speak with customer service representatives, etc.
• Ability to write down information and input it into the computer along with photographs of the product.
