Southpointe Academy is seeking an organized, technically skilled, and service-oriented Audio Visual Coordinator to join our Community Engagement team. Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, this permanent full-time position serves as the primary point of contact for audio-visual, technical, and operational support for school events and activities. The role is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inventory management of the School's audio-visual, sound and lighting; providing live technical support during events; coordinating technical services with staff, vendors, alumni, and community partners; supporting event logistics and operational requirements; posting approved website and social media content; and contributing to the successful delivery of school events and community initiatives.

The annual salary for this position is $67,000–$72,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

General hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility is required to support evening and occasional weekend events.
