Project Manager – ICI Construction | Mississauga, ON

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + bonus & benefits

Our client, an established General Contractor based in Mississauga, is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing construction team.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established builder delivering a range of ICI construction projects while working within a collaborative environment that offers long-term career development and progression.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through execution and close-out, coordinating internal teams, consultants, trades and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and overall execution plans

  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders

  • Monitor project costs, forecasts, commitments and potential cost-saving opportunities

  • Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders and project documentation

  • Identify project risks and develop solutions before they impact delivery

  • Track milestones, critical path activities and overall construction progress

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders

  • Ensure quality control and health & safety requirements are maintained throughout construction

  • Prepare project reporting including cost, schedule, progress and risk updates

  • Support and mentor junior members of the project team

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience

  • Experience working with a General Contractor on ICI construction projects

  • Strong understanding of construction practices, contracts, scheduling and cost management

  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, consultants and project stakeholders

  • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and changing project requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred

  • Experience with Procore is considered an asset

The company offers a strong overall compensation package including a base salary of approximately $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience, along with performance incentives, RRSP matching, comprehensive benefits, professional development opportunities and long-term career growth.
