ServiceNow Service Catalogue Developer
RESPONSIBILITIES:The Contractor's resource(s) must enable efficient, user-friendly, and self-service capabilities within theServiceNow platform including:• Delivering a centralized service catalogue.• Automating request fulfilment to reduce manual effort and errors.• Improve the end-user experience by making services accessible, intuitive, and fast.• Support organizational goals of digital transformation and process standardization.Tasks:a. Catalogue Item Development• Designing and building catalogue items (hardware, software, access requests, HR services)• Configure forms, variable and UI policiesb. Workflow and Automation• Creating workflows and flows for request fulfilment• Setting up approvals, notifications, and task assignmentsc. Integration• Connecting catalogue items to external systems (procurement, HR, Active Directory, etc)d. Administration• Managing catalogue categories, roles, and permissions• Maintaining catalogue structure and visibility rulese. Maintenance and Support• Troubleshooting catalogue issues• Updating items as business needs evolveDELIVERABLES
• Fully configured catalogue items with forms, variable, and dynamic scripts; automated workflows orFlow Designer flows that handle approvals, notifications, and fulfilment tasks; integrations withexternal systems and supporting documentation.• Must be available for regular and ad hoc meetings with the end users
