You may start your day planning staffing requirements and coordinating operational needs for upcoming events, then shift to mentoring team members and ensuring service standards are being met. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with colleagues to monitor inventory levels, coordinate product ordering, and ensure concessions and bar operations are running smoothly.You'll play an important role in supporting community events, hospitality functions, and premium guest experiences by helping coordinate food service delivery, maintaining strong cash-handling controls, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Qualifications Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a food service environment.Successful completion of a recognized safe food handling certification (e.g.,Food Safe).Legally permitted to serve alcohol and possess Alberta ProServe certification.Certified Concession Manager (CCM) designation is considered an asset.Experience with cash reconciliation, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.Proficiency with standard office software and computer systems.Demonstrated knowledge of food safety, responsible liquor service, and operational compliance requirements.This position has been identified as Safety Sensitive and requires the completion of a satisfactory pre-employment drug screen, which includes testing for cannabis use.
