Uniform Security Officer - Alliston

Securiguard Services is looking for experienced security guards for our various sites in AllistonAt Securiguard our mission is to make people feel safe. As a security professional, you'll contribute to the safety to our stakeholders by enforcing provincial and municipal regulations, enforcing policies and procedures, monitoring CCTV systems and operating security control room equipment, controlling access to the site, reporting any hazards or security breaches, and responding to incidents.Requirements:At least 6 months/ 1 year of security experience and/or a diploma in the field of security or law enforcementValid Ontario Security LicenseStandard First Aid & Level C CPR with AEDValid Class G Driver's License with clean driving record is an assetExcellent communication skillsComfort with two-way radio communicationApproaches a situation with a listening mindset and empathyCapable of standing and walking for a duration of up to 8/10/12 hoursAbility to problem solve, and use discretion and good judgementUse of force training is an asset.
