Mainline Excavator Operator

The Mainline Excavator Operator specializes in sewer and watermain mainline excavation, working primarily outdoors under the guidance of a site supervisor. This role focuses on operating heavy machinery to perform excavation tasks safely and efficiently, typically dedicating attention to a single project with occasional minimal travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy excavation equipment for sewer and watermain mainline projects
• Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure operational safety and efficiency
• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and compliance standards
• Load and unload materials as required on site
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the excavation site
