- 5+ years of production welding experience
- Valid CWB Welding Certification – Required
- Welding Certificate or Diploma
- Strong heavy industrial welding experience
- TIG welding and MIG/GMAW welding experience
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- WHMIS Certification
- Ability to lift 20–40 lbs
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience
- Jib crane or overhead crane experience
- Strong fitting and fabrication experience
