Wet Cast Concrete Moulder $20.86/hr Plus Bonuses!!

Our client, a company that plays a critical role in construction and infrastructure projects for both public and private sectors - across the country and globally. This company creates products such as noise barriers, highway barriers, parking structures, bridge materials, precast concrete steps, and much more!

This position is a 40-hour per week position. The company awards weekly bonuses added to your pay for perfect attendance!

Duties:

• Clean, set up, and strip molds
• Place and secure rebar or mesh according to drawings or instructions
• Place, level, rake, and screed concrete in molds
• Complete finishing tasks such as troweling and edging
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Operate overhead cranes for stripping products and pouring concrete
• Perform lockouts and safe handling of equipment and materials

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 25-50 lbs regularly
• Basic math and measurement skills and able to read and follow work instructions and basic shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and focus on producing quality work
