NativPott, a growing Afro-food truck and catering company in Calgary, is looking for an experienced Nigerian/African Cuisine Chef or Cook to join our team.

We are specifically looking for someone who can confidently prepare authentic, flavour-packed Nigerian food — not simply someone with general kitchen experience.

You must be strong in:
• Smoky/party-style Jollof Rice
• Nigerian Beef Suya and grilling
• Nigerian-style grilled/peppered chicken
• Rice dishes and high-volume food production
• Seasoning, consistency and presentation

Experience with shawarma is an asset.

Immediate paid opportunity: Carifest Calgary this coming weekend, with potential for ongoing catering, festival and food-truck work.

Important: A paid cooking trial will be required before the event.
