Automotive Detailer / 3M Installer

Royal Oak Nissan is looking for an experienced Automotive Detailer / 3M Installer to join our team!

The Automotive Detailer / 3M Installer is responsible for professionally detailing and preparing vehicles for customer delivery, as well as installing 3M/PPF and other vehicle protection products. This position plays an important role in ensuring vehicles are presented to our customers in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, clean, polish, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including sold and new vehicles
• Install 3M/PPF and other vehicle protection products with a high level of quality and precision
• Use a variety of hand tools, detailing equipment, and machines
• Inspect completed work to ensure vehicles meet dealership quality standards
• Identify and report any damage, repairs, or replacement needs to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow proper procedures for handling detailing products and equipment
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of 3M/PPF installation experience required
• Automotive detailing experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Product knowledge is an asset
• Ability to consistently meet quality and productivity expectations
• Desire to provide excellent results and exceed customer expectations
