Campaign Developer

Our banking client is looking for a Developer to join their team. This will be specific to marketing campaigns.

This role is 6+ months to fte, $40 per hour, t4.

Onsite 3-4x per week in Downtown Toronto.

Overview

• Design, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across email and authenticated banking channels (Mobile Banking, Scotia Online, ABM).
• Support digital engagement, adoption, and sales initiatives.
• Act as the team's front-end development SME.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Create and update campaign assets using Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.
• QA, troubleshoot, and optimize email and web-based campaigns.
• Configure personalized and dynamic content.
• Support A/B testing and campaign performance improvements.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, campaign timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with marketing, agencies, and key stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) experience.
• 2-3 years of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.
• Strong email and web development knowledge.
• Front-end development experience within a marketing environment.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
