We are seeking an experienced Chiller Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong expertise in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial chiller systems in large facilities such as:

• Hospitals
• Airports
• Government buildings
• Industrial commercial buildings

Experience working with JCI, Trane, Carrier air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, along with LG/Mitsubishi modular chillers, is highly valued. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship and can operate effectively in complex mechanical environments.

• $34-$46 USD/hour depending on experience (Tax-Free)

Work Schedule: 7:45 am - 4:45 pm with 1-hour lunch Monday through Friday. Overtime as required with frequent Saturday work.

Required Qualifications:

• Willingness to relocate to the Cayman Islands
• Minimum 5 years of chiller experience in commercial Air Conditioning/chiller service
• Strong experience with chiller systems, large central plants, and commercial equipment (centrifugal experience is advantageous)
• Proven troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills
• Factory-trained experience with JCI, Trane, Carrier, and/or LG modular chillers preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driver's License
• Relevant trade certifications are preferred
• Clean Police record
