Form Setter/Labourer

The Form Setter/Labourer plays a key role in preparing and pouring concrete foundations and footings as part of a small construction team. Reporting to the Construction Foreman, this position involves local travel between job sites and focuses on hands-on construction activities essential for building stable and compliant structural bases.

Responsibilities

• Set forms for concrete foundations and footings accurately
• Prepare sites by clearing and organizing materials
• Pour concrete and ensure proper finishing
• Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the worksite
• Comply with all relevant construction safety protocols
