- Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM–12:40 AM | Fridays Off
- Continental Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 11:00 AM–11:00 PM
- $1.50/hour shift premium
- Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
- Day Shift-
- Perform first-off, in-process, final, and incoming inspections
- Program, operate, edit, and validate CMM inspection programs
- Perform dimensional inspection of precision CNC machined components
- Use CMMs, vision systems, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and dial indicators
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Apply GD&T to verify dimensional accuracy and product conformity
- Inspect tight-tolerance components and surface finish requirements
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming products
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality records
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams
- Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of Quality Inspection experience in a precision CNC machining environment
- 3+ years of hands-on CMM Programming and CMM operation experience
- Strong experience inspecting tight-tolerance machined components
- Solid understanding of CNC machining processes
- Strong knowledge of GD&T
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of precision measuring equipment
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
