Position: Licensed Electrician - Commercial Service

Pay: $38.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

Position Overview:

  • Diagnose, repair, and service residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Install new equipment and perform system upgrades or retrofits in accordance with project specifications, customer requirements, blueprints, and applicable building and plumbing codes.
  • Verify the quality of completed installations through thorough inspections to ensure performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation by completing work orders, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and related records.
  • Build strong customer relationships by communicating clearly, resolving technical issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service.
  • Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and in safe operating condition.
  • Provide professional account support by reviewing work orders, investigating service concerns, performing system testing, identifying corrective actions, and resolving issues for both new and existing customers.
  • Deliver responsive, courteous customer service while keeping clients informed throughout each service visit.
  • Continuously expand technical knowledge by staying up to date with emerging HVAC and refrigeration technologies, equipment, and industry best practices.

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • Journeyman Technician certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
  • Experience performing preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Working knowledge of applicable local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully, professionally, and diplomatically with customers and colleagues.
