Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor at a site in Calgary, Alberta
Title: Security Site Supervisor
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Shift: Monday to Friday, 0700 - 1500
Pay Rate: $26.50-28.00/hour
About the RoleAllied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead a high-profile industrial security program in the Calgary area. You will oversee a team of approximately 15 security professionals while ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and exceptional security services across physical security, access control, static guarding, while maintaining strong relationships with client leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and maintain the site's end-to-end security program, including operational performance, and service delivery.
- Lead and oversee a team of approximately 15 security personnel.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), post orders, and emergency response procedures.
- Creating accurate identification badges, maintaining records, organizing documents, updating databases, handling correspondence and assist with day-to-day tasks.
- Requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency with office software, ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Manage all aspects of physical security, access control, and static guarding.
- Monitor security performance, conduct audits, and ensure contractual, operational, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Provide leadership and oversight to ensure incidents, investigations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives are managed effectively and completed in accordance with company and client standards.
- Maintain strong working relationships with client leadership through regular communication and operational reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in security
- Exceptional administrative expertise within an operational environment, including document management, compliance reporting, workforce coordination, data entry and supporting site operations through efficient administrative processes and systems
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, report writing, and incident documentation.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Valid Alberta Security Services Worker License.
