The Opportunity

• Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong, proven experience in service plumbing and/or plumbing installations.

  • Possess strong drain cleaning skills with the confidence to diagnose and clear blockages independently.

  • Have experience or familiarity with heating systems, including furnaces and boilers. The ability to troubleshoot and service heating equipment is considered a strong asset.

  • Work independently in the field with minimal supervision while remaining organized, efficient, and dependable.

  • Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing and heating issues.

  • Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service with professionalism and clear communication.

  • Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing system.

  • Collaborate effectively with office staff and fellow technicians while also being capable of working independently.

  • Adhere to all applicable safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Journeyman Plumber preferred, or equivalent experience within the mechanical industry.

  • 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice with proven experience performing at the level required for this role.

  • Extensive experience in service plumbing.

  • Hydronic heating experience is a strong asset.

  • Strong experience servicing heating systems, including furnaces and boilers, will also be considered.

  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Valid BC Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
