Join Our Team: Custom Outdoor Structure Installer / CarpenterThe Opportunity

Are you a skilled trade professional who loves working with your hands, building high-end outdoor spaces, and seeing tangible results at the end of the day? We are seeking dedicated Carpenters & Installers to join our field operations in the greater Calgary area.

In this role, you'll bring outdoor living concepts to life—constructing top-tier patio enclosures, modern louvered roof systems, and custom retractable screens for both residential and commercial clients.

If you take pride in precision work and want a clear path toward crew leadership and higher earnings, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Site Execution: Assemble and install custom outdoor living solutions, including pergolas, louvered roofs, enclosures, and screen systems.

  • Blueprint Translation: Interpret project blueprints, technical drawings, and precise site measurements to ensure accurate installation.

  • Site & Tool Management: Safely operate a wide range of power and hand tools while keeping job sites organized, secure, and professional.

  • Client Relations: Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for homeowners and site managers during installation.

  • Team Leadership: Guide junior crew members, maintain quality control standards, and collaborate closely with Project Managers to hit project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Trade Experience: Journeyperson Carpenter designation is ideal; 3rd or 4th-year apprentices with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply. (Subcontractors with their own rig, tools, and insurance are also welcome).

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in general construction, carpentry, or structural assembly, with the ability to read plans accurately.

  • Physical Capabilities: Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs, working at heights (ladders/scaffolding), and working outdoors across Calgary's changing seasons.

  • Professional Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and strong communication skills.

  • Bonus Asset: Prior experience managing or mentoring a small field crew.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Wages: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (commensurate with experience and skill level).

  • Incentives & Overtime: Eligible for performance/production bonuses post-training, plus steady overtime potential.

  • Health & Wellness: Health Spending Account (HSA) to cover medical and wellness needs.

  • Career Progression: Clear track toward Crew Lead roles, with ongoing technical training on our proprietary product lines.

  • Culture: Stable, year-round potential with a close-knit, supportive team environment.
