- Diagnose, repair, and maintain car wash equipment across multiple sites
- Work with pumps, compressors, solenoids, injectors, electrical breakers, valves, and water pressure systems
- Follow weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance schedules
- Conduct routine inspections and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime
- Assist with installation of new equipment and system upgrades
- Coordinate with external contractors when required
- Support and mentor junior technicians depending on experience level
- Must have a valid Class 5 License with a clean driver's abstract
- 2–10+ years of hands-on car wash repair or technician experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pumps, compressors, solenoids, injectors, breakers, waterflow, and pressure systems
- PDQ certification is a major asset
- Background as an electrician, plumber, millwright, or industrial technician is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Comfortable traveling between multiple locations
