Experienced Crew (Full time) - Beltline

We're not a back-of-house or front-of-house shop - at Cluck N Cleaver, our Crew Members do it all. One shift you're hand-breading chicken to order, the next you're the reason a guest's day got better at the counter. If you like variety and hate being bored, this is your kind of busy.

We're a family-owned counter-serve joint - started by sisters Nicole and Francine, still run by them - serving scratch-made fried chicken, house-made sauces, biscuits, and cookies baked fresh daily. Good food fast, not fast food. That's not a slogan we bought, it's the actual standard.

Location: Beltline - 1511 14 Street SW, Calgary

Position: Experienced Crew Member

Hours: Full-time, 27-40+ hrs/week, open availability preferred

What the job actually is:

• Cook, plate, and run the counter - you'll rotate through it all, not just one station
• Be the face of the family for every guest: friendly, fast, gets the order right
• Handle a rush without losing your cool or your customer service
• Keep your station scratch-made-clean, because that's how we do everything here
• Learn the full crew position hands-on, with real room to grow into more

Who we're looking for:

• Food/beverage or hospitality experience, and genuinely good with people - this isn't a hide-in-the-kitchen role
• Fast learner, thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced house
• Reliable - open availability, shows up, owns it
• Works well with a crew, communicates under pressure
• Basic math, sharp attention to detail
