"We are a dynamic and compassionate team facilitating individual, family, and community growth, well-being and mutual understanding through the "power of friendship".Come join our team as a:Child and Youth Care Worker Full Time PermanentFull-time and Part-Time ($28.54- $34.39 per hour)We are currently seeking a Child and Youth Care Worker(s) to join our residential or program-based care team supporting children and youth through trauma-informed, relational, and culturally relevant practices.Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Child and Youth Care Worker provides daily care, emotional support, and guidance to children and youth in a structured, safe, and nurturing environment. This position plays a vital role in helping youth build life skills, cultural identity, and emotional resilience through consistent presence, engagement, and mentorship.The successful candidate will work closely with other staff to create a stable environment that centers respect, accountability, safety, and cultural connection.Qualifications:PGNFC recognizes lived experience as an asset in supporting youth.
