Each day, you monitor progress, conduct inspections, and collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and adjusters to resolve challenges and keep communication clear. IICRC certifications or equivalent are an asset, and the ability to obtain provincial asbestos certification is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software and mobile applications are expected.
