What you will be doing:

Communicating in both French and English with customers - both verbally and through e-mail
Making outbound calls to convey information regarding overdue accounts and promote timely payments
Reviewing customer account statuses and modifying them based on payment activities
Following up on and resolving customer claims
Processing authorized customer credit notes and payments
Building and maintaining strong lines of communication and working relationships both internally and externally

What we are looking for:

Fluent in both French and English
Minimum high school graduation required (OSSD, or equivalent)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar collections or banking role
Must be able to pass a criminal record check
